I started in optical in 2018, and I have received my ABO and NCLE certifications. I live in Alexandria, KY with my husband; three kids; two dogs, Karl and Kristofferson; and one cat, Larri. I love helping people see better and helping people express their personalities through fabulous frames. I also enjoy optical jokes, but these days, they just keep getting cornea and cornea. Ha! Area of expertise: Frame selection, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer service to every patient.

I started as an optician’s helper in high school and worked through college as an optician. After graduating from college in a different field, I returned to the optical field because I loved it so much. After working for 20 years as an optician, I became a full-time mom for 16 years. I’m thankful to be back in the optical field at Opticare, where I can catch up on all the latest lens materials and high-tech lens-making equipment. It is great to work with the pleasant staff and professional doctors here. Most of all, it is great to help all the nice patients who return to this well-established practice year after year.
